Running together eases the work

A hard session is still hard. It changes when someone is working through it beside you.

Abstract running routes converging into a shared track

Somewhere on a runner’s plan today: 3 × 5K with 1K floats. A serious session, built around a specific goal. It can also be a simple message: “Anyone want to join in?”

Dedicated training can be a solitary business. You have your plan, your paces and the work you need to get done. But the right person beside you can help you stay honest through the reps, share the recovery and make a demanding session feel like something you took on together.

That does not mean following someone else’s plan or turning every workout into a group session. The idea is to make the training you already do easier to share: use the WhatsApp community to say what you have planned and let people join if it fits their own work.

The Chasing Pack Collective is for performance-focused amateur runners who take the work seriously and want to keep improving. We have our own goals; the point is finding company for the sessions along the way—and sharing the wider culture around them, from kit and race plans to the stories moving through the running scene.
